Sacramento, CA - Bustos Media has entered into an agreement to access data from Rojo Research’s 2009 Seattle Latino Media Study.

Rojo Research surveyed 485 Latino households in the counties of King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, Thurston, Kitsap, and Island for a 58-question, 22 minute study. Over 33,200 households were contacted.

More than 400 data-points were collected to support the advertising sales endeavors of Puget Sound Latino media. Potential future Rojo market studies include Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Seattle study showed Bustos stations KDDS 99.3 FM La Gran D enjoys 42.7% market share of Puget Sounds Latino adults during a 7-day period, while KTBK 1210 AM La Ke Buena has a 23.1% market share.

Bustos Media owns 25 radio stations and four Azteca America TV affiliates in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Wisconsin. The company has positioned itself as an independently/owned, Spanish-language network and radio group serving the fast-growing mid-tier Hispanic markets in the United States.
