On the hardwood, Santa Claras shining moment was in the 1993 NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament, when the #15-seed Broncos, led by guard Steve Nash, captured the national spotlight as Santa Clara stunned the #2-seed University of Arizona Wildcats.

Santa Clara University was ranked 2nd in U.S. News & World Report's 2010 collegiate rankings master's universities (West); as well as 10th for the part-time MBA program, and 15th for its Executive MBA program.
