ROJO RESEARCH SELECTED BY UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA UPSTATE SPARTANS June 30, 2008

Spartanburg, SC. – University of South Carolina Upstate Athletics has selected Rojo Research to perform a study on fan demographics. Rojo Research will capture data on fan demographics, purchasing plans, shopping behavior and event experience; with such data leveraged to provide a return on investment for corporate sponsors.

Founded in 1967, the university has an enrollment of over 4,500 students and 220 full-time faculty. In recent years US News and World Report ranked the USC Upstate as one of the top four public comprehensive colleges in the South.

USC Upstate fields 17 NCAA Division I sports and is a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference.
USC Upstate is the third Atlantic Sun member to commission Rojo Research to perform fan research, joining Belmont and Kennesaw State. Other southern institutions include McNeese State, New Orleans, Louisiana Tech, Winston-Salem State, High Point, and North Carolina Central.
