Milwaukee, WIUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Athletics pick Rojo Research to perform study on fan demographics.

Rojo research will capture data on fan demographics, purchasing plans, shopping behavior and event experience with such data leveraged to provide a return on investment for corporate sponsors.

“Milwaukee is a dominate program in the Horizon League.  The Panthers have won three men’s basketball league championships in the past four years as well as four Horizon League all-sports trophies since 2001,” remarks Rojo Research president John Herron. “Now the program desires to ambitiously pursue sponsorship revenue to match their athletic excellence.  We are honored to assist Milwaukee Panther Athletics with its corporate partner initiatives.”

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is a member of the Horizon League, and fields 15 Division I sports.  Established in 1857, the school has an enrollment of over 28,000 undergraduate and graduate students.  Noted alumni include Golda Meir, a founder of the State of Israel and fourth Prime Minister of Israel; James Ziemer, President of Harley-Davidson and Bruce Weber, University of Illinois men’s basketball coach.

The Horizon League is an NCAA Division I athletics conference whose membership aspires to teach young people, through athletic competition, the value of learning, service to others and personal responsibility and annually conducts 19 championships, contributing to the student-athlete experience.  Members of the Horizon League include; Butler University, Cleveland State University, University of Detroit Mercy, University of Illinois at Chicago, Loyola University Chicago, Valparaiso University, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Wright State University, and Youngstown State University.
